Thank you for shopping with Hangar Talk Apparel LLC. Each product is made to order specifically for you. Because of this production model, our return policy differs from traditional retail stores.

1. Made-to-Order Products
All items are custom printed at the time of purchase. We do not keep inventory in stock.
As a result, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
Incorrect size ordered, buyer’s remorse, color preference changes, incorrect shipping address provided by customer
Please review sizing charts carefully before placing your order.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives:
Damaged, defective, misprinted, incorrect item sent
You must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

If the issue is confirmed, we will:
Replace the item at no cost, or
Issue a refund (at our discretion)
Claims submitted after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible for replacement.
3. Sizing Issues
We provide detailed sizing charts on every product page. Because items are made to order, we do not offer exchanges for ordering the wrong size.
If you are unsure about sizing before purchasing, contact us prior to placing your order.
4. Shipping Errors
If a package is returned due to:
Incorrect address entered by the customer, failure to claim the package, refused delivery
The customer is responsible for reshipping fees.
5. Order Cancellations
Orders enter production quickly. Cancellations are only accepted within 12 hours of purchase.
After production begins, the order cannot be canceled.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
7. Chargebacks & Disputes
If you experience an issue, please contact us first. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution.
